I've been messing with it pretty much every day. The neck is still not exactly where I want it...how long does a new neck usually take to stop moving around once you've put it on a guitar for the first time?

A couple weeks or so... When I tighten the truss rod, I apply back pressure to the neck with my hand... This takes stress off of the threads, and also helps move the neck faster, while tightening... So, I try and get the neck where I want it after two or three days of it being strung, adjust action and intonation, and then I find myself loosening the rod a bit in a couple weeks...
