As far as I'm concerned, if a movie is in 3D, its going to be a crappy movie cuz, that's all it's got going for it. Remaking a movie 3D ? Thought about going, so I could picket outside.
 
No bottles were thrown and I was told I can come back, though the crowd was mostly involved in their own conversations.
He insisted I plug straight into the pa and had the guitar too low for my taste. Sounded ok.

All in all, not bad I think.

I've actually got a fair bit of recording done tonight.
with luck, I'll finish off the bass tracks tomorrow, and vocals sometime next week (when Zoe's kid ain't here)
and that should be the final bit of work for the 3rd cd from The Peekertones.
right in time for me to start tracking the bass & vox for the new MUNG cd.:facepalm:

I shold probably think about eaing some food too...ain't had nothin' in allmost 12 hours.

I don't get the whole cult surrounding NOS tubes. Why should i pay 129.95 per tube when i can buy an entire compliment of new tubes for, say, a Dual Recto Road King* for the price of 2?

Is it really that big of a difference?

*I only use the Dual Recto as an example because it takes an assload of tubes.

Yes to both. :grin:

My amps are along a section of brick wall without windows, as are the neighbor's on that side with a good gap between houses, and a field behind the house. The triple glass pane window also helps.

Molly's Pub is about 150 meters away. :beer:

Had to play Mr Mom this morning. Mrs G spent the night at the hospital with her mom, leaving me to get everyone around this morning.
She deserves a raise. :lol:

Did you read my latest post about the tele? :facepalm:

I got to working on the neck pocket and the truss rod wasn't lining up with the seam on the top.
Turns out, I matched my seam to the one that was there. The original seam isn't centered on one end. It drifts 1/4" over the length of the body. :facepalm:

I don't know I can stand looking at a mismatched seam I'm considering options. I may paint or I may use the pickguard to cover it. Down toward the bridge area, it's not too noticeable but up by the neck pocket, the alignment is way off. The visible center seam won't line up with the strings. I know it'll look goofy as shit.
