I've decided against a project based on that too. I've no desire to have my name associated with that shit.
 
I got rid of the annoying bigots a while back. with an election coming up this year, the bigoted BS was like a flow of diarrhoea.
Seriously, it ain't worth ya time arguing with people views, despite the fact they're wrong.

I share with friends only. I don't accept friend requests from people that I'm not okay with seeing what I post. That means no students, and no student's parents.

i only share with friends simply because i don't need an employer or potential employer finding out about my personal life or views. i disagree with most people's political posts, on all sides. like any political forum, it's not about debate, it's about poo flinging. i can't get behind that.

Seems like I might have lost a couple - nobody said anything and nobody liked my post about it but I think I went down two or three. No problem. You got a problem with me I got 20 minutes of feedback drenched guitar in response for you.
 
I keep two FB pages. One under my real name that I use for work.
Another under the name "Clarence Shipmore" that I do all my recruiting for my new nihilist group.

Acutally, I have noticed this kind of thing as a trend from the ranters. At some point, in the middle of arguing with 17 different people on a post, saying stuff about secret police and drone strikes and how Obama will shortly commit worse acts of genocide than Hitler, they will say "Oh well, it's Facebook, this is all just for fun anyway". :grin:
 
Late to the thread, and haven't changed my FB photo, yet (cause I don't log in often, and I'm too lazy), so pretend that I changed it :)
 
I cut one person from by friends list for posting homophobic pictures yesterday. I don't need to put up with that BS.
