Return to the Planet of the "Hey Euro's its that time again" Thread.

I'm rocking a Huawei honor 10 or something like that just now. 150 quid.

I drop too many phones in the hot tub to spend stupid money on one :embarrassed:

Was kinda tempted to get a Honor 10 lite. Didn't get it because it's frikkin' massive. Went with this:

It's on the Android One program (another thing I prefer in this over the Honor), which means as long as Google poops out Android updates, you'll be able to install them. While that might seem like a bit of a strange concern, I can't say I have enjoyed not being able to use the local transport and my banking apps past half year because the manufacturer couldn't be arsed to update their customised Android version anymore.

On my second Huawei right now (Mate 10 Lite, or something like that). Great stuff, very happy with it.

Typical Scotland... grey and miserable in the summer, then while everywhere seems to be having winter weather during the winter, we have blue skies and sunshine...

Looks like we missed the worst of it. Yesterday we had half the kids in it today the roads were fine and they were all in

Still bloody freezing though.

Speaking of work, looks like we're finally getting somewhere with pay negotiations :thu:

You really need more money?

I am happy I picked up a fair bit of translation work last month, since taxiing is total shit at the moment.

Translating Dutch? Don't see the need in Scotland. Just have a few bevvies and start slurring and hey presto, you're speaking Dutch :embarrassed:

Seriously though, because I learned a bit of German and Scots shares a lots of germanic words with Dutch and the Scandinavian languages I'm convinced I can understand Dutch, but only when drunk, Loosens up the little grey cells.
