So driving taxi tonight and tomorrow night and on new year. Lots of money to be made to buy myself a nice well-deserved xmas present.

Mojo. The not being with family is going to be a first for me this year. Didn't feel like paying the plane ticket and traveling and running around visiting people. No regrets, but it does feel a bit weird.

We're not in Blighty this year, which is unusual. I took a cheeky day off being on holiday today, and we had burgers for dinner.

Going to have the many inlaws over for Boxing Day; tomorrow I will be focused on Advanced Slothery.

Awwww hell yeah. We're having some other foreign friends over and I got a bunch of free booze from a friend who moved back to his homecountry. The 26th will be tough :wink: It's annoying all the finnish people are gone though, they're fun, especially with some drinks in them. At least new years I'll be drinking with finns.

I'm picking my parents up so cant get stuck in until 1 or 2 o clock :(

on the upside, the pub we were in shit at 9 last night so me and the lady headed home and had an earlyish night which is a change from the usual xmas eve nonsense.

for the first Christmas since I was about 15 I've not woken up feeling like death which os a nice change :grin: have a good one chaps.
 
Off to the cinema in a bit. Luckily by bike, so I can sneak a cheeky Grolsch to take the edge of Pixar's heartwarming dinosaurs.

This was supposed to be a great Christmas. Instead the sister of my bass player's wife (in Papa Mule) has passed away under mysterious circumstances, at 39.
Just talked with him, he has no idea what has happened either.

Just terrible. :(

Was supposed to go out tonight, but I can't bring myself to do that. Known her since she was a little girl.
And nobody has any idea what has happened.

Oh dear. :cry:
