Bored shitless at work as half the office is already off. There are a couple of jobs that need to be finished before Christmas so will have to get them done.

Drinking is not happening yet as public transport is not a viable option out here in the countryside (actually pretty much not viable anywhere in the UK if you're outside one of the bigger cities like London or Birmingham).

This past friday was my last day, 'til January 4th :)

I have a bottle of Dow's fine tawny porto in the fridge :embarrassed:

I have only 2 days off in the festive season :mad:

I have 2 bottles of prosecco and 2 bottles of wine to finish fer feck's sake!
 
Actually it's for my Sister-in-law's Christmas Eve party she throws every year. Everyone/couple brings a bottle of wine or whatnot to sample. I've had this Dow's before and I think it will go over pretty well, being fairly sweet. Plus it is cheap around here, I paid $11.99 :embarrassed:

Just a few minor preparations left, off to my brother's at Lillehammer for the big Christmas dinner tomorrow. Arteries looking well forward to that. :grin:
