A bit of both imo. Mourinho's a disgusting bastard and I'm glad to see him gone to be honest.
There's a reason why he never lasts longer than 2-3 years at any club. Too much noise surrounding the moaning little cunt.
Players generally have way too much power these days though.

Juande Ramos rumoured to take over btw. Hopefully he keeps up his horrible PL record if that happens. :grin:
