My dad and I were discussing Trump last night. No matter what your political stance is, that video of him mocking the disabled reporter is disgusting and to think a person who would do that is fit to lead the country is the most insane thing I can think of. I can't stand most of the Republican field, but none of the other candidates did something I find as reprehensible as that. It shows a complete lack of character or compassion.

That's what Clinton and the Dems are counting on. Fuck that. They need to come up with a candidate people actually want to vote for that isn't totally indebted to special interest... oh wait, they already did. Too bad the Super Delegates are already bought off by the establishment.

At least the fireworks were a nice way to enjoy our illusion of democracy.

I gotta say, part of me was hoping for an indictment. It would let me vote for a candidate I would love to vote for instead of one I am ok with.

That would end up with Sanders and whatever Bush's turn it is. The republicans rig the election again and we get an ineffective Bush presidency and more grid lock in the House and Senate. The disappearing middle class continues to suffer while the super rich get super richer? Sure, where do I sign up.

Hmm. Southern Idaho vs. Northern Idaho. Very different places. Different flavors of "interesting" people. Broadly speaking of course. And not counting a few places full of mountain hippies, sports enthusiasts, and etc. whom are statistically insignificant.
