I think I tried one of the LE versions of Cubase that came bundled on a CD once. Went back to Sonar ASAP.

Some of it is that ProTools is incredbly easy to use if you've ever used a regular mixer. Cubase confuses the crap out of me and I really don't want to take the time to learn it. PLus I had it on my old PC and it kept crashing but that was the computers issue.

My real issue is that Steinberg can't be bothered to respond to customers emails.

I have used Pro Tools, Cubase, Sonar, and Ableton Live. All have their pros and cons and all do a really good job. Ableton is probably the most user friendly, and Cubase the least user friendly, but I have figured out Cubase and I am far from being a genius. It is whatever you get used to I guess....

Honestly, I really think I'll drop out of the cover thingie. Exception being the 4 piece "supergroup" we have going now. I find I'm spending more time figuring out covers than actually writing songs.

The hospital just called; they have had a cancellation and can do my hand operation this Friday. So it's going to be no guitar (not even glassfinger guitar) for a bit. I'm not sure how pleased mrs_huge will be with the news though, as it is going to leave me one-handed and even more useless than normal over the Christmas holiday period. Mojo, please.

Mojo The Huge. I´m sure it will turn out to the best. Look at my hand now without bandages, three weeks after the carpaltunnel operation. I can already play 2x30 minutes per day and it hurts just little.
