Give me something to watch on Netflix

Maybe I missed it, has anyone watched the new season of West World? I just don't have time to watch anything right now but I'd really like to get started on that one.
This final season was significantly better (I was among those who felt the show had really lost its way) but I think I'm glad to be done with it.

Don't waste your time with Krakow Monsters. I thought some Eastern European horror would be interesting, this was not. There are some Mr. Skin moments though.

I was going to start it, but I can’t remember where I stopped with it.

Don’t know if it’s been mentioned, but Severance was fantastic. It’s on Apple, can’t wait for the next season.

There is a show called Fastest Car. They put hobbyists car builders/tuners and professional car builders up against supercars in drag races. I find some of it predictable and there is some fluff but overall I have enjoyed watching it.

Afaik, there is a planned season 5 but HBO has not yet committed to it with all the confusion over the WB/Discovery situation

Watch it, if only for some stellar character development this season from Ed Harris, Tessa Thompson, and Aaron Paul. The plot is somewhat convoluted and non-linear but those three deliver powerful performances.

I couldn't make it through the first episode of House of the Dragon. But I didn't like Game of Thrones either.

We've watched the first three episodes but it really feels like "been there done that" after game of thrones. Im not feeling invested in the series so far.

That show totally ruins all of the hyperbole of tuners and Street racers. Sort of funny how they talk all of their game and then mostly get their asses handed to them by some Barbie that pushes a Launch Control button.

this show is always playing at the barber shop I go to. From what I’ve seen the driver’s skills are a huge factor, sometimes more so than the car. I watched one Barbie with launch control in a ridiculous exotic car lose to a better driver in a piece of shit jalopy.

Started watching Devil in Ohio yesterday. Only got 2 episodes in so I'm not sure yet but I am going back for more so there's that. It's a slow build.
There is a moment early on that mostly hooked me though.
Finished episode 5 last night. It suuuuuucks! Nothing ever happens, and just when you think it's gonna, it doesn't. I'll finish just to see if anything actually does happen, but I'm not holding out hope.
Also, the acting is Hallmark movie quality.

Bit late to the party as it finished a couple of years ago but I highly recommend Broad City. Crude, outrageous, OTT and funny as hell. Similar to Only Sunny or Curb, but female driven. It's on Paramount+ in the UK and Hulu in the US.

"Kleo" (6 episodes): a Stasi agent, double crossed by East German agency she works for. Not as fast-paced as "Killing Eve", but decent storyline.

I liked that show. I thought it ruled.

I don't understand all of the mythology, but those types of show are my jam.

i recently finished listening to a great podcast called The Agent. It’s a first person account of an East German, Jack Barsky is his American name, who was recruited by the Stasi and KGB. He eventually became a sleeper KGB agent in the US. It’s a fascinating story. The guy is a little full of himself at times but I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Barsky recently did an episode of Lex Fridman’s podcast as well. Also a great listen.
