Give me something to watch on Netflix

Still watching Post Mortem in my nightshifts. Pretty good, not groundbreaking, but a good light viewing with an original story (for me at least) and likeable characters that are relatable.

I had lower expectations from a Norwegian production. Obviously that was ignorance.

Finished up season two of Tiger King. Holy balls, if you thought those people were crazy in season one, they get worse. And, they add a new character who ran an exotic zoo in Southern Indiana. He's off the rails.

Diving in right at this moment. Lord help me...

I don't know if I can stomach it.

It's worth watching for the parts about Baskin's husband. That part has become truly bizarre.

My theory is that he was involved in some big-time ugly business, and the US and Costa Rican government let him disappear in exchange for helping them. There's just no other way to explain the absolute lack of investigation by the Florida state cops, and that the FBI wasn't brought in. One way or another, Florida and the Feds know he's alive and well.

Three shows that I’m really loving this month:

Dickinson (Currently on its third and final season on Apple.)

The Great (S2 on Hulu.)

Sort Of (First season. CBC original, but I think it’s airing on HBO Max internationally.)

They are all Flamencology-endorsed.

I have been watching "I Am A Killer".

Anyone who has interest in murderers and so on would probably be glued to it. The strange phenomenon of what a person is like who kills someone always seems to grab the people's interest.

Pretty good ways into Post Mortem. Not great, but an interesting story. Likable characters. Sort of a dark Santa Clarita Diet.

I watched all of Hell Bound. Can't remember if it was Netflix or Prime but I liked it. Huge cliff hangar for another season so they better follow through!

I thought it started good but lost momentum. It was also a little disjointed, IMO.

That's a good theory but just look at Carol Baskin's eye blinking frequency when she is answering questions about her ex husband. Rapid eye blinking is a signal of telling lies...she's blinking like crazy when she says 'that was the last time I saw him' sort of statements but she blinks normally when she said 'he always came back for feeding time'.

She killed him and buddy who got all of his guns helped. Zero doubt.

Oh, she knows a whole lot more than she's letting on, but if she killed him, why did the feds say he was alive and well in Costa Rica? Why don't the state cops and FBI investigate?

I don't know why the Feds said that...I don't know, maybe they just decided that since the police missed the boat on too much as far as the initial investigation that they were setting themselves up to fail and decided that their time was more valuable - say he's in another country and then they don't have to get involved. If they knew he was in Costa Rica they could have got a photo of him and shown it to any of his family but no...they got nothing.

I think the unredacted docs say that the Feds said Hitler was in South America too (and it may have been true - the Russians said that they thought that he was there. The Feds do their thing and it often doesn't make sense.

I just think that there was no way that he was going to leave all of those cats there when he had the vessel waiting for them. Carol knocked him off and then forged the signatures. Like she said to that person she didn't want to leave him and get half, she wanted to get it all.

She's a killa. It happened on the night that she was walking late at night with his cell phone freaking out.
