Give me something to watch on Netflix

The Exorcist (the TV show).

I think it was absolutely terrific. A horror TV show that was really horror.

I watched this when it was on. Though I don't see it on netflix or prime.

We started watching "The Last Kingdom". Interesting show, but good grief, does any of the characters actually start thinking? It's kind of offputting to see the characters continually doing stupid shit and wondering why things go south.
This is an amazing show based on the popular Saxon Stories books by Bernard Cornwell.

I love how the characters develop over time. It basically shows almost everyone grow into old age and change a lot. The relationships in the first season change entirely by the second. Some minor characters become very important later on.

I also like that it has some overlap with Vikings. Namely, Alfred, Athelred, Ragnar, Ivar, and Ubbe.

I've been waiting for the fourth season of Last Kingdom. I've rolled my eyes at it here and there but that period doesn't get much play in tv/movies without too many fantasy/everyone is a 100% badass at all times trappings layered on. And if I'd seen it as a teen I'd be thinking about Iseult like 23 hours a day.

6.7/10

Battered forumite syndrome.
I was going to say "I was talking about me as a teenager", but then I googled the actresses and found that we have Sophie Loch Naess or Charlie Murphy. Now I can't get David Chapelle as Rick James out of my head. Instant soft on.

She's a fetching gal, but Skade still wins. :embarrassed:

The Night Manager is on Prime. Spy drama about taking down a nasty international arms dealer starring Hugh Laurie, Tom Hiddleston and Olivia Coleman. It's gets a bit silly really but good suspense and a fun watch.

I saw that Primal has a 100% fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes so thought I must check it out. Just finished the first episode and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I'm looking forward to binging the rest of it.

Oh hell, I just discovered The Prisoner is available on Amazon Prime. Move over, Rover, I'm not a number.

Y'all knock on my door when this whole virus business is over, yeah?

I'm probably late to the game here but "The End of the F**King World" is absolutely fantastic! I'm only two episodes in and hooked, great dark comedy series

Tiger king is nuts.

Can't tell if he really did it or if he got framed and scammed.

The memes are great too.

The Platform

it’s a little on the nose for the current state of American politics, but still an enjoyable watch.

The Life of Brian ............... and the "bring out your dead" scene is appropriate for modern times ...........

Not Netflix, but Acorn.

Just finished Season 1 of Line of Duty.

Pretty good corrupt cop procedural thriller. Apparently there's 4 more seasons.

I just finished the first season of Hunters and I really enjoyed it and hope we get a second. The actor that plays Travis is one scary motherfucker.
