Give me something to watch on Netflix

Bonaduce is who I thought was being mentioned.
He’s the first disgusting old Danny that came to mind. That’s why I posted his pic. Apparently, this is a story concept cooked up in @smurfco’s imagination. Yet, the series,“Breaking Bonaduce,” could have been named, “Disgusting Old Danny,” and it would have fit.

Yeah, its fun at the moment as I can fly through them but I'm not looking forward to catching up and having to wait a week. Those cliffhangers are killer!

I literally shouted 'you motherfuckers' at the screen the other day when an episode ended on a massive cliffhanger :bigg:
Mrs jbj has stuck the US one on. Cummings is talking like he's on Take the High Road. I didn't think I could dislike him more than I already did but there you go.

If you are a fan of Greg Garcia's shows (My Name is Earl, Raising Hope), Amazon has "The Guest Book". We've been enjoying it very much so far.

I do recommend skipping the episode about the doctor doing an experiment with a dementia patient. It is pretty uncomfortable to watch and the humor just comes across as cringe (and coming from a boomer, that's saying something).

Just stumbled upon Gary and His Demons on Prime the other night. It's got a very Rick and Morty vibe, but it's definitely its own thing. I LOLed many times.

Take a pass on Fly Me to the Moon. Nice Apollo historical footage, but good grief the plot is horrible. And despite the attempt at a nerd haircut, Channing Tatum just does not pull off a 60s vibe, nor rocket scientist vibe.

The Saturday Night Live movie on NetFlix was pretty good. It really succeeded in bringing across the total chaos of the hours before the first show. My wife actually had to leave the room because it was making her a nervous wreck.

The actors playing the Not Ready for Prime Time Players did an excellent job, with the guy playing Chevy Chase doing an exceptional job. He really nailed Chase's mannerisms and style.

He works on his acting skills at the gym.

Hearts Beat Loud Was very touching and heartwarming, and very relatable for musicians.

I also really enjoyed My Old Ass.

I recently finished American Primeval. If you like Westerns with some historical accuracy check it out.

I enjoyed episode 1 of White Lotus season 3 Thailand last night. Looking forward to the next one.

Yellowjackets had a 2 episode season premiere too. They were good. In my opinion, they need to tone down the sound track. I get annoyed when they feel the need to blast a song every few minutes. Set the mood with some acting instead.

Anybody watching Paradise on Hulu? I am halfway through the first (and only) season and it's pretty great. Lots of twists and turns and surprises.

Also the season 4 premiere of Righteous Gemstones was one of the best of the series. I've been up and down on that show but this makes me hopeful for a good final season.
