I have almost bought that guitar in one color or another several times. I also dig the double cut.
Right now the race is on between Gretsch or Gretsch-inspired stuff vs something P90 equipped. A weirdo variation on an ES335-type is the dark horse. I need to play a bunch of shit to figure things out.
