Yeah, they do the casino/fair/ribfest circuit like all the other acts of that era. They still draw though. I've seen them twice since I moved back to NM in '12 and they packed Ruidoso and Buffalo Thunder.

Eric's voice is a little creaky but otherwise the band is tight as hell—this lineup has been together more than a decade. Buck sounds/plays great and Richie Castellano is a monster.

I think there are permanent seats but I could be wrong—it's entirely possible it's just a bunch of folding chairs in a big multi-purpose room; I've forgotten. All of which is to say it's not the Ryman, but it's certainly not Tingley-level terrible either.
