This morning when I cranked up the car SiriusXM's Jam On station was on, and they were playing the legendary Grateful Dead Watkins Glen sound check from '73!

I love the future. :)

not really related at all other than that I associate the two in my head, but would/could you recommend Emma Ruth Rundle? She's doing a show here with Thou, and I dig Thou, but don't know Emma Ruth Rundle

Yes, I would definitely recommend her!

she’s got that typical washed-out reverberated fuzzy guitar sound, but her music is a bit ‘warmer’ and less stark and desolate compared to Chelsea Wolfe, with a lot more going on texturally.
