I wish I still had my old mix tapes. They were genius. As mix tapes go, I gave most of them away.

I do have my old mix CDs for my spinning classes years ago. They are pretty sublime for spinning, but provided some good motivating music to double time to, instead of the usual raucous rock and disco.

I saw the comedian Matt Iseman. He talked about his mix tapes.
He said "Tons of dudes got laid to Matt Iseman mix tapes. Everybody but Matt Iseman".
 
A lot of work, and a metric shit ton of gawddamned digital synths.

And to think that I attended a ton of concerts at that venue in that time period, but I managed to miss this one. :facepalm:
