OMG Politics, I'm over it already.

Here's some horrible Kool-Aid drinking...from someone that I wouldn't expect to buy-in at all, let alone over such a horribly contrived/staged moment.

yea.....he gave a moving speech about the dead SEAL, except that it was dumpster who sent the SEAL into that situation and where dozens of civilians were killed and the bad guys got away and very little, if anything, was gained by the raid.
nice going, asshole.

maybe that was practice for invading Syria.

I'm not a huge fan of Bill, but I agree with what he and Matthews touched on regarding the grieving widow ploy...and make no mistake (not that you are or would gooz), it was a total ploy.

i'm not sure i understand. i can't play the video here at work. i wasn't commenting on the grieving widow. i was commenting that she wouldn't BE a widow if dumpster would have listened to our intel guys and not done the raid, at least at that time. idn_smilie

He could be the biggest piece of shit on the planet.

While I know who you mean, I can't help but think: Which one?

I'll never get over how clear it is that the GOP will blatantly promise the middle class and poor that they'll protect them and then do nothing for them. Instead they repeal any law that sets any standards and/or ethics for businesses and the GOP loving sheep keep voting for them. It's the companies that took away the jobs to increase profits, not the Democrats. Dems and liberals are on record as trying to keep those jobs in this country, with livable wages and good benefits. Remember when Dubya was telling us that sending these jobs overseas was a good thing for America...and then he got re-elected despite engaging a two-front war?

It baffles and amazes to no end.

And I'm talking about her presence being a ploy. She's a tool that Trump's administration is using to make him seem compassionate...which he has never been, is not, and never will be. It was all-around a shitty play by the shitbag-in-chief.

Basically, I killed your husband and now I'm turning into making me look less like the worst human to ever hold office.

When Trump started talking about health care and repealing Obamacare there was a shot of McConnell with the slimiest grin while rubbing his hands together like Mr. Burns.

Which illustrates my point. Kentucky was one of the states that benefited most from the ACA and it seems the state is behind it and he wants to rip it away from them.

they (gop) kept yelling about how hillary was owned by wall street. who the fuck are they trying to kid? everything the gop does IS for more profit on wall street. fuck the people, fuck the poor, fuck the middle class, fuck the environment, fuck everything....as long as it makes them more money.

The slimy shit politicians keep doing over and over is working. They get away with it, while occasionally throwing somebody under the bus, and the system/voters keeps putting them in office.

Not much impetus for real change...

it's going to take a republican watergate to really get anything done.
it's going to take a Super Mandate for the Dems.

Or a night of long knives.
but....that just took out the brown shirt lower group. the real power consolidated with that 'night' and became the third reich.
i don't think i'd want to see the gop consolidate any more power than they already have.
