the ' just a formality' part was just for jeffery dalmer. i wasn't saying trials are just a formality. with dalmer, there was nothing to prove, it was all right there when the cops caught him with it all.
just to be clear.
i agree the trial system has been convoluted. but some of that can be laid at the feet of the judges too. it's THEIR court.
Trump's insurance policy that no one will try to assassinate him.

I see a lot of ethnic, racial, religious and gender diversity in that line. It really represents America.

Old picture is old. Now I look more like Trump's doctor.Well he is a vegetarian.
i wonder what is in the law/constitution with respect to a thrown election. i know about if the electors go a different way, congress gets a say in it. but what about a defrauded election. is there a "do over" clause? do we have a new election in, say march? does anyone have the authority to declare, with enough evidence, that the election is voided?
well.....it would be better than what's coming. but i'd rather it be someone else. i would have to think about who.Can we just leave Obama in there until 2020?

I don't know what they could do if for some reason they threw out the election. How could you do another round of voting? If you did it in say march, Obama would have to stay in until the election was done and some transition time. I'm sure Obama wants to get the hell out of there and I can't blame him, but I don't know what could be done. I know, let Joe run the place until 2020![]()
