I miss our kitty. Even though it's been a week, I still find myself looking outside on the porch in the morning, or thinking I see her out of the corner of my eye. OTOH, I find I get out a lot quicker in the morning these days! Oh -- and by the way, on the domestic dog vs cat thing, the best way I've heard it expressed is: Dogs have owners, cats have staff...

My cat just adores the dogs,and every evening grooms them.My dachsie is so psycho and hates most other animals but seeks out the cat for grooming

Since our male cat Sunny is such a lazy slug, my wife insisted we get this crazy cat toy advertised on TV to get him energized and moving.

So a few weels later the toy arrives, and here's the result. I edited out about 45 minutes of him just sitting there.
