I just bought this 4 pack of Case work from Bomp records. I didn't own any before. Very enjoyable.Robyn Hitchcock and Peter Case come to mind. And Nick Lowe, probably, since we recently had that thread where someone cited him as a one-hit wonder.
Are you fixin' to kill him?A little different type of music from what I usually choose, but Dwight Yoakam seems to fit the bill to an extent. Perhaps not as clearly as some of the others mentioned, but seems to me he should receive more credit than he gets.
