My favourite pizza though is at Uno's. I don't care about authenticity, but their seafood pizza is the best I've ever tracked down. I'll try seafood pizza whenever I see it on a menu and so far Uno's hasn't been topped. God, now I want one and the "closest" Uno's is 25 minutes away.

I love Pizzaria Uno's pizza and their customer service. I was there once and ordered the vegetarian pizza; they brought it with sausage on it. I didn't discover until some rolled off the slice onto the plate. (I was wondering what spices they had used. 
) When I brought this to the waiter's attention he immediately ordered the right pizza. Then the manager came over and told me my entire meal was on the house and kept coming back offering drink refills (ale, not soda or coffee), dessert, and anything else I wanted. That experience made me a devoted customer.

They both stand up quite well on their own merits, but I don't really consider Chicago style to be "Pizza".
It's a big pile of gooey pizza-like substance that you have to eat with a fork.
If you can't fold it and hold it... It ain't a pizza!
BTW, FWIW... One of the best "Pizza's" I've ever had was in...

Yeah, I have a buddy who keeps moving back and forth between here (San Diego) and there (Can't make up his mind) and he'd been telling me about it for years.
I went out there on "Business" a couple of years ago and went with a couple of guys. I forgot about the altitude thing and drank WAY too many beers.
I vaguely recall stumbling the few blocks back to my hotel with a carry-out box under my arm.
Sideways is NOT the ideal way to carry left-over pizza...

LOL. The altitude is crazy. I can put away twice as many beers (it seems like it anyway) when I am at sea-level.

I'm ordering a pie when I get home tonight, it's my reward for waiting for the bus and train this morning with a wind chill of -22 degrees.
I just walked down the building to Little Ceasars and got a "Hot and Ready" pie for $5.38. What a fucking let down."Warm and Gluey" is more like it. I'm drowning it in Tabasco to eat it.
