What fast food joint is your state/city famous for?

Plus, In'n'Out as previously noted

So your state is responsible for Chipotle? Good thing you have Smashburger and Boston Market to make up for it

Chipotle just announced they are moving their HQ from Denver to Newport Beach. They hired a new CEO from SoCal and he does not want to move. Stupid move business wise. California is NOT business friendly and has WAY higher tax rates. Just another poor decision by a company already in trouble.

Hopefully that will end that restaurant

I kid, I wouldn't want anyone to lose their job, but I can't stand that place and they are everywhere here. Put something else in instead of another Chipotle. It's also dumb to move a headquarters in this day and age. My entire company works from home, granted we aren't the size of Chipotle, but there is no reason that guy can't telecommute to work and fly in every few months. And nothing like making everyone in Denver that has to move hate your guts for uprooting their families.

Can't spell Chipotle without E. coli.

Chik-Fil-a started in Georgia and I used to go to the original one in Hapeville when i ran the airport shuttle. When I was a kid there weren't any where near as many locations so in the early 70's it was a THRILL to go to the Mall and hit the food court and get a Chik-Fil-A sammich

San Diego:

Jack in the Box!
Rubio's

You're from San Diego?

Jack in the Box - I haven't been to one in decades. It was our high school midnight munchies stop since all the other fast food drive-thrus were closed. The tacos tasted like what I imagine cat food to taste like (never tried my cat's food). They have had so many attempts at upgrading, I tried them twice over the years after they upgraded their menu each time. Still tasted like crap. There's one down the street from me and I haven't went there once in 18 years. They might be good now, but I'd never know it.

JitB will never change their tacos. They are horrendous in an awesome way. People who order them expect them to be consistent. If you want a real taco, you know where to get one, it's Ca.

Ugh. Jammity Johns. The official sandwich of BAD DECISION JUNCTION.
Jimmy Johns has a wonderful vegetable wrap if you like low carb, vegetarian meals, or just don't care for their meats. The wrap is lettuce, very fresh, & green. Several layers. By that, I mean that they don't use the hard white lettuce from the interior of the head. You can get as many vegetables as you want & select your cheese if you so desire. I always get double provolone on mine.

Jimmy Johns was started in my college town. Jammity Johns himself used to fuck up my sandwiches daily and nightly. FREE UNEXPECTED EXTRA MAYO ALL THE TIME. He’s also a bag of dicks for personal and political reasons.

Now I mostly eat them when blitzed out of my mind while visiting my bro who still lives in Chucktown. Bad associations.

100% agree. There's something about those grease soaked, fried in the shell tacos that should never change. Jeez, I have had one of those in probably 20 years. My brother used to love 'em.
