Question: What are you practicing?

Heres a track I did in Logic yesterday as a learning experience in working with regions and copy/pasting and moving stuff around. The drums are Logic Drummer. Bass and keys were done with Logic virtual instruments, Guitars are the Falcon direct in thru Logic virtual amps, and the voice is ...unfortunately me.

Just learning something a bit different. I am not really into shredding, but it's good every once in a while to go outside my comfort zone

The recording sounds really good! Not my style of music at all, but very well put together. Sounds like a cohesive song.

Yeah, your vocals could use some work . I think it would be really helpful to sing with a little more conviction and confidence. the notes are well within your range, but you go off key because you sound hesitant. It's not terrible by any means, but because the vocals are way up in the mix, it's very noticeable when you go off key.

I dig it overall, good work

Trying to get comfortable on the five string bass.... i really love the expanded tonal options and the more economical range of motion for some stuff, but i'm having a hard time getting the string muting under control. You don't want that low B or E flapping around and making a rolling thunder sound while you're playing the higher strings.

Been playing my 12-String alot. Need to start working on a few songs again just to do it. Enjoying the online JamKazam and jamming with others online. Another nice cool thing is that the site has some tunes to jam with. So been putting up some of my country favorites and playing with whatever tunes are offered.

I'm doing a Covid-19 remote duet with a friend on "In My Life" and I'm working on putting together a guitar solo for the weird speeded-up-piano-sounding-like-a-harpsichord bridge between the second verse and the coda.

Quarantine is boring, and Facebook said I have a small wiener, so I learned the solos
from my songs (most of them are originally written and played by my creative partner)

I'm working through songs my church praise band wants me to learn. The playing style is a lot different that I am used to, so that is nice. There are some cool parts in these songs.

I am trying to figure out a rock solo to work on - something that is not that hard or fast, but will stretch me a little.
