Do they do this vote every year? I'm idly interested in seeing some previous results to see if there is much difference.
 
Yeah, I’d imagine that Dimebag’s stock jumped significantly after his murder and subsequent canonization.

I remember the days when he had a terrible monthly column. Next to Kirk Hammett’s, I think?

That was exactly my train of thought, I was wondering when he fell off.

I'm not sure, but I also feel like there was a period when Carlos Santana snuck into those lists, back when he was doing all those collaborations? With Rob Thomas and whatnot, I mean. Not his metaphysical collaborations with the angel Metatron.

Yeah Carlos most likely was on there too as was Kirk Hammett.
True story....the last concert i saw was Santana ....last century :embarrassed: anyway there was apparently a scuffle up by the stage and carlos stopped the show and pleaded in his best peacenik person 'c'mon brothers and sisters let's love one another, etc" it was totally on brand .

I’m imagining that that Frampton video is what’s going on in the mind of every elderly person who gets confused and wanders off in the family Corolla only to have a “Silver Alert” issued before grandad is dragged back home from the IHOP two towns over where he was demanding to speak to the Ambassador from Belgian Waffles.

I hadn't seen a video with a nap intermission mid guitar solo before.
The Corolla was #2 on the Guitar World Kick Ass Car list.
