One of my favorite bands.

You sold your Studio Pro - right? I have a blue stripe and put an Eminence Legend in mine. That is a fantastic amp. I also got a red stripe TT Bandit about a month ago.

I did...

I had a red stripe studio pro...I put an eminence red white blues in it...I also had a blue stripe bandit I grabbed off ebay...

I dumped the both...I couldn't get a usable tone out of either below ear splitting volume...between my SCXD and the trademark 30 I got from you I'm good...unless I join a band again...

Jello - That is odd. I found the SP 110 has a real nice clean, and very modern high gain at reasonable volumes. Was yours a 110? I forgot I sold the Trademark to you. Ha! I ended up buying another Trademark 30. It sounds like I have a pile of amps - but I don't. I sold a couple and a couple died.

Headed to bed.

They were both 12s...we probably have different taste in tones...plus I had way too many amps...

Sleep well...

That there's some fancy ridin'.

Morning. Last two days of late shift for the week begin today. Our regional manager sent two emails yesterday: 1) to tell us we all basically suck, and 2) to point out some random things that will get us terminated immediately if we do them. messedup0

Classy. :annoyed:

Yeah, so now with THAT Sword of Damocles hanging over our heads (although I'm sure I'm not one of the few who caused the rantish emails), I will continue on as if nothing happened. And keep my eyes open.

I put the new Tribute up for sale, because now I want something even better. I need help

FRIDAY!!! Totally_jammin_out

Good morning.

I'm planning another sell off.

me too... im down to 1 amp. and 5 gits.

As am I, although I am already in the middle of it.

My plan is to be down to three guitars: My current Les Paul Sig T , an as-yet-to-be-acquired-and-heretofore-unnamed Les Paul, and a Fender of some sort, most likely Telecasterish. My plan is to have one good guitar in the dungeon, one good guitar in the family room, and the Fender for travel and when I just want to change things up.

Let me tell you something: the Les Paul Signature T is everything I always thought a Les Paul should be, and then some. I love it to pieces right now, and it's the only guitar I have had that I actually look forward to coming home from work to play on a daily basis - I'm like a kid - I'm playing it right now! :). I can pretty much get any tonne I want between it and the Jet City - I haven't even tried a dirt box or my TC Flashback x4 with it, yet, and I've had it for two weeks

I can sell you a MIM Tele.

I'd like to get down to 2 Heritages, my parts Tele, my Reverend, and a semi hollow.

Well that sucks. The screwdriver slipped as I was trying to flip a magnet on a Schaller pickup. It cut through some of the winds so the pickup is now useless. I guess this set is going to Ken for a rewind. *grumble*

PK - pup mojo

Saturn - I have a lead on a 50 watt version. Would it be useless for home use? I want good tone but I would like to leave the paint on the walls.

Well I would use it for home use but you know how loud I like to play.

Indeed I do. I was reading about amps that have JCM800 tone. (I know, I know - I don't even have my Tweaker yet.) A few people mention the AOR. I did read a guy had a AOR 100W and that was too loud for any home use - but that was the 100W variety. The one I was hot to trot on was a 6 knob 50 Watt. I think the 6 knob was the first iteration. The one I had a bead on was grabbed up.

Even the 50w ones probably not great for home use, but you are right - they can be had cheap. Around $ 400 for a 8 or 9 knob 50 Watt model. This makes them intriguing. They made a 30 watt model too.
