^^^ Woo hoooo!!!! Congrats in advance, d!

Bet the waiting being over will be a relief to both of you. :)

MY BASEMENT IS CLEAN!!

Well, comparatively clean to what it was. I had a Yelp coupon for one of the local junk hauling services. I had 3x more junk than the coupon was good for. But they took it all and didn't charge me extra! I still have an hour or two worth of work down there. Then I have to clean the shop. But I'm no longer embarrassed to bring people down there.

Whew! Back after a wild weekend. Friday, Saturday and Sunday AM were spent with the boy up in Sonoma Country celebrating his 30th birthday (4/20, natch). We visited the Lagunitas, Bear Republic and Russian River breweries and a couple of wineries as well. Then, worked the SJ Earthquakes game last night, got home at about midnight, and woke up at 5:45 to get to work (where I donated a pint of blood). Here it is Monday, and I'm all partied out....again!

Mojo to those that are sick and need it.

Scott - Happy Gear Day

X - I expect you can have a lot of fun with the Fender.

DMAN - Good Luck.

In Lake House News: Our renters who gave notice are finding it very difficult to find a house they can rent with 3 dogs. (Big Surprise.) They have opted to rent month by month - with a clause we need 60 days notice, and they can not give notice in the winter months. To me that is a little more risk for us - but almost as good as a year's renewal.

In Gear News: I tought I'd try a Marshall. This one...

I found a restock for a $100 discount and pulled the trigger. It is in the same price bracket as a Tweaker - but well - it is an all tube Marshall with a couple tweaks for mid scoop, and tightening/enhancing bass response. I still have the TT Bandit - but have one more week to make up my mind. My plan is to return the Bandit if I really like the Marshall which s/b here Tuesday.

Down $271 for the plumber to fix a broken water main on my side of the water meter.
I was going to fix it but my friggin' back has had muscle spasms all weekend.

Cool news, Diceman!
