UPDATE: Looks like the real screaming deals on the Bugeras are gone. I may post a review later - but got the 333, and it is interesting that the clean, and crunch channels sold me on this amp. The lead channel is over the top modern high gain - but with the gain at about 11 o clock is usable.

Remember, it's a copy of the Peavey XXX, which is mega high gain.

Swap some tubes, though, and you may find yourself liking the tone of that channel.

It's not 150W RMS. That's peak. It's a Marshall 1959 circuit, although it seems to be based on later JMP variations on the circuit rather than the earlier '67-'69 Plexi revisions.

It is loud, though. LOL I have the Infinium version loaded with a quad of 6CA7s, but I have a Jet City Jettenuator after it. It fucking cranks and sounds great.
