I always get ours done professionally. Too many things for me to not know and screw up and it changes every year.
 
Tonight: Dinner with the family / hoping I don't get called to a DJ gig midway through :embarrassed:

Tomorrow: My sister gets married. First family wedding for our generation. She's a bit stuck up in her own little way and says "no one should be getting drunk at a wedding, its a formal occassion." the rest of the clan strenuously disagree and will put this theory to the test I'm sure.

Sunday: Nice little half noon football kick off so probably down the pub for a curer and see what happens.
 
Looks like it is a weekend of Barbaras for me. My mom, Barbara, is coming over tomorrow morning and staying through Sunday. My mother in law, also Barbara, is coming to visit on Sunday and staying through Monday night. The upside is that we have free baby sitters, and can go out with our friends for a night or two.

Being that every story about your family that I can recall includes family getting pissed I can't imagine that's gonna work... :lol:

There are a few factors at work, here... First, she is your sister... Sister's suck...

Second, marriage is something women have been brainwashed to believe is a wonderful day... The fact of the matter is, it's a ceremony to celebrate the fact that the man has signed a legal document allowing the woman to have power over him and potentially ruin his life...

Enjoy getting drunk...
 
I don't have any plans tonight. I'm waiting on a track from our bass player so if he sends it today I'll work on that. If not I'll probably either watch a movie or watch the Hawks game.

This has been a really long week so I'm basically going to do as little as possible tonight.
 
Tonight - No freakin' clue. I'll probably practice guitar for a bit.

Saturday - Long run in the early AM, then drive up with everyone in the family to see the #2 son in his play in Casper WY (300 mile drive). Spend the night in Casper.

Sunday - Drive back from Casper. Run errands.
 
Penguins game tonight. Prolly stay up late playing on the computer. Hopefully picking up my mother from the hospital at some point as well.

Tomorrow, I gotta track down a misfire in my engine and get that fixed.

Sunday, hopefully nothing.
 
Survived my tax appointment. Turns out I didn't do as bad of a job as I thought surviving last year. Now it's burrito time :embarrassed:
 
I think I'm going to stop in at the Blockbuster by my bus stop, they are going out of business and selling everything for 5 bucks. I want my own copies of The Aristocrats and Pooty Tang.

Then I'm going to ebay, I saw a guy listing a full set of those Gibson tuners I made a thread about with a buy it now of $295. I only have 5 but if I could get 200 I'd be happy and I could pay off my drums which would mean I got them for 100 out of pocket.
 
Grilled center cut pork chops, red wine and the Dexter season 4 DVD set...tomorrow is suppose to be in the 60s so it's gonna be a wash/wax the car and get the bike out day!
 
Tonight: having friends over for pizza (!) and board games/wii. Haven't had pizza in months as part of the diet, that all changes tonight. :embarrassed:

Tomorrow: cleaning the house a little, run some errands. Dinner with the parents and my grandma, really looking forward to having everybody together.

Sunday: watch sports on TV, be lazy, probably do some laundry.

Really uneventful weekend.
 
Today: shoot video for new online lessons all day

Tonight: probably going to jam with Jimmy James and Red Ant from HCGJ in Redondo Beach

Saturday and SUnday I have no real plans.
 
Today: Get the stitches out of my thumb, then practice a few songs from the country band set.

Saturday: 7 mile run in the morning, then pick up my college son who is coming home for spring break. Gig in the evening.

Sunday: Church in the AM. Install new mailbox post. The old one has half rotted through.
 
Owners are out of town today, so it's Fuck It Friday! Ima get my work done quickly and do a bunch of piddling, maybe listen to some rap music with curse words in it.

Wife is out of town til Monday and my new amp is showing up today. I plan to cook a bunch of really unhealthy food and play guitar until my fingers fall off. Also bottling a batch of all-Centennial IPA (Bell's Two Hearted clone) and going to beer club on Sunday.
 
I fire up the Weber amp this weekend. We shall see if my labor of love is successful. I should also be getting my parts in today, so I may start on the Tele rebuild as well. Plus - uggh - procratinated yard work.
 
I'm in London today for my interview. Sitting in Yates' wine lodge as I type this actually :embarrassed:

Interview is in just under an hour then I'm meeting a buddy for some drinks.

Sleeper train home at midnight which would be fine except i'm in a standard shitty train chair not an actual cabin so I intend to drink myself to the point I can pass out :grin:

Tomorrow: Get my bike brakes fixed, DJ at night

Sunday: F all unless me and the missus finally get to see the Fighter.
