Not much, pretty boring in my world lately, which I'll take right now. At the moment, just at work not doing work. :)

oh, so we have this new-ish song called Let's Play Beer.
we played it at the NYE gig, and I learned it the day before that.
today, I actually wrote some lyrics.
for one verse.
the 2nd verse I sing, I steal lyrics from Motorhead, and the drummer's verse, he steals lyrics from Motley Cure :lol:

here's the 1st verse (1st two lines are references to older MUNG tunes that we haven't played in a million years. I aim to fix that)

How many bones have you broken in your adventures?

My crazy past is felt in my bones and joints these days, but I'm glad I did it. Well, not every minute of the day.

I have inlaws from NC (just North of Maggie Valley) coming to visit next week, BTW.
I need to get up there.

I have been real fortunate. I have only cracked my ribs. Oh yeah, I forgot about the limb to my throat that graveled my voice. Other than that, besides some bangs, bruises and knockouts, I have remained permanently unscathed.

Maggie Valley is an hour or so away from me. Be sure to give me a shout out if you make it out this way.
 
I still have my skateboard. It's a Danny Way model. Still ride from time to time. I have a Transworld magazine with a centerfold shot of Danny Way airing over my head out of the bowl at Kona in Jacksonville, FL. I was there for a contest back in the early 90's. Got all the sigs. McGill, Hawk, Caballero, Guerrero, all the bones brigade was there. Then my mom washed the shirt and all the sigs were gone. I cried alot. LOL.

That would have been whey kewl MonkZer. Cool you still have your old board. I still have my old Rob Roskopp, though I skate a Darkstar at present. I'm thinking about getting an old school Lucero on the cheap to conjure the days gone by.

Big layoffs are potentially in the works today at my company. :embarrassed:
Rumor has it they want to go from 50,000 to 35,000 employees this year. :eek:

In my group, I have 3 lower on the totem pole than I am, and 6 above. (crosses fingers)
