okay, I don't wanna insult any drummers here, but damn...

I'm writing our new album, right?
so I got a half dozen songs done.
uploaded 'em to my box.net account, and sent invites to the other three guys, so they could download 'em & learn 'em.
(they all live in Winnipeg, I'm about 3 hours from there)

drummer sends me a message asking me to mail him cds.
I did send him one of some old recording we did, which he didn't have.

but I'm not mailing a cd every time I get a couple new songs done.

I had to explain to him several times that it's really not hard to download the damn stuff.
just click the button.
failing that, get your gal to help you, since she knows her way around a laptop (heh).
it took about 2 hours to finally convince him to try it.:facepalm:


in theory, I could wait until I have the whole album written, and then send one cd, but I'd like the boys to start learning the stuff asap, so we can actually play some of it at the gig in Aug.
and we're supposed to start recording right after the show.

it's been repaired since, luckily.

If youi play them with clean tones of semi driven the differences can be quite apparent. Weather those differences are the kind of tones you would like to use, and theres anough of them to be pleasing is 100% preference and opinion. Any wine will get you drunk. Some develop a taste for great wine and some think boonsfarm is is top of the line. I wouldnt want to try and convince either camp that there are differences because they probibly dont care. Guys buying Boonsfarm just want to get drunk and the guys buying top of the line have too much money they dont know what to do with it so they seek out "things" they feel will make them special.

Dude is a total doosher. All of his replies are this long or longer, and he is always talking out of his ass. He's the reason that BG doesn't post there anymore, even though I personally think that BG handled the situation like a little bitch. Still... I had to call the guy out once for just saying shit that was completely false.
