So I am in the classroom for the first (and only) time this week. Thankfully, I just have one class from 90 - 9:50, so I can ease my way back in to everything.

I had a follow-up at my primary care office today. My doctor was not available, so I saw a different doctor who took time to explain things to me that even the hospital had not, and who listened and answered questions I had. She is now my new primary care doctor. (And no, she isn't hot, but she is good. )

The new diet is going well; it is amazing how well you can stick to something when you are more aware of the consequences of not sticking to it.
