Not personally, although I think there's some things going on in the office. My daughter has a Halloween party at nursery and tonight may be going guising
 
Cool. We took the kids out to a party and for a bit of trick or treating on Saturday. There's another similar event at another location this coming Saturday.

They dressed up as Darth Vader and Princess Leia (completely their choice, but of course I approved).
 
I'm going to the pub with a couple of dads who've got a pass because their kids are going to halloween parties :embarrassed:
 
I ate a full bag of Fangtastics to myself :embarrassed:

Christ i can't believe I've made it to Friday. Been a mental week in work, which is saying a lot considering it's usually pretty off the wall to begin with.

Halloween went by pretty much unnoticed. My daughter was going to hand out sweeties to guisers, but she conked out long before they arrived.

Pretty windy this morning, nearly got blown off the Forth Road bridge :embarrassed:

Weekend is 10 minutes away and I found some Johnny Walker Gold Label stashed away. Unfortunately I've been a bit spoiled by the last couple of bottles and the Gold Label doesn't taste quite as good as I'd remembered. Oh well, I'll try to tough it out and all that.

Morning all

Loved that Tesco story. Made me actually smile, not an easy thing to do on the pissy wet grey Monday. Ive done my neck in too reaching up to get something at work a couple of hours ago. It huuuuuuurts.

Went to my sister in laws 60th at the weekend in Dortmund. I wasn't expecting much. How wrong I was.

First an acoustic group came on with two guitarists, a singer and someone hitting a bit of wood for the bass. Very entertaining, the woman could sing! Plus one of the guitarists was pretty bloody good. Really got the crowd going. There was only about 60 people at the party so it was nice.

Then later a group of Africans did some bongo bashing and weird shouting. Extremely entertaining and really fucking loud. They got everyone dancing too.

Add to this free beer and food and you can imagine I had a great time
