I'm a freak of nature!

We know this you say, but it's official and here's why. I had a tooth extracted last year and it grew back! Or rather an old undeveloped baby tooth came through. I have this tiny little tooth that just barely breaks the gum

Eeewww

Bad things about today: In between finding an awesome deal on a weekend break to Amsterdam and getting the wife to confirm she'd get the time off work, it sold out.

Good things: We got sent home from work nearly 3 hours early.

Bad things: The snow, ice and idiot drivers are so bad down my way I got home approximately 2 hours and 50 minutes after leaving work!

Good things: The forecast is shocking for overnight so I'll probably not make it in and get to work from a local primary school

Hot tub in the snow?

Not that I'm trying to get you into a body of water during an electrical storm for any sort of ulterior motive :embarrassed:

Oh that's a given.

I'll most likely be working out of the local RC primary school tomorrow so I may even have some refreshing christmas caramel baileys beers in it :embarrassed:

Fuckity fuck fuck... Everywhere is snow, except in my area.

I like snow :embarrassed:

A little snow is ok. The amount we've got here lately definitely isn't.
About 5 feet the last 3 weeks, and apparently more tomorrow.
Can't remember ever getting that much in such a short time. Getting anywhere by car is a major project. :embarrassed:

Power lines heavy with snow as well, think electricity has gone out about 10-15 times the last week. Not for very long each time, but enough that planning to do anything is a bit of a hassle. :embarrassed:

Let's say I'm looking forward to spring.

I just had a look outside, and now everything is covered in a thick blanket of snow...

5 feet? we had about four inches, which is quite a lot for us :)

Yeah. We never get that much at once in my area, usually most of the snow comes in February and early March right before it starts melting, most of it is usually gone by Easter. Cold enough now as well that none of it is melting yet. :embarrassed:

Freezing outside and the snow is turning into slush. Rotten weather. Nipping out to Superdrug (where there just happens to be a pub with some excellent refreshing lager beers next door :embarrassed: ) and then I'm up the road, showered and into my cheshire cat onesie for the night.

Greetings! It's been a while but I wanted to share this...

mrs_huge: "Evening, love. How was your day? What have you done?"
me: "Excellent thanks. I went to the guitar shop and I've bought a ton of shit."
*mrs_huge goes ballistic* (we are supposed to be trying to save up some money)

It was quite a time before I could get her to understand that after leaving the guitar shop I had driven to the garden centre...

was out for a 'refreshing' walk along the prom (yes, Kirkcaldy has a promenade). Didn't last long, absolutely freezing winds, now I am trying to get warmed up

I am so not made for this climate

... Where the bagpipes wail, "Tiddely-om-pom-pom!"??

It's quite cold and it looks like it's about to piss down here. Which is a bit of a shame as I was all up for a joyous afternoon of shit-spreading.

Yeah it must be quite the shock to the system coming from the tropical Netherlands :embarrassed:

Paid my tax on the DJ earnings today. Sucks having to do it but my arse is a bit less fragile than after what I had to pay last year. :thu:
