I got Hungary in the office sweep stake :mad:

It's pretty hard to get excited about this. Too many teams means some pretty shit group games. Iceland vs Austria anyone?
 
The only euros ive particularly enjoyed was 96 and that's cos I was about 10 and didn't have anything else to worry about.

Dude I'd totally watch that. Iceland plays really great as a team and Austria has some very good players as well.

It's probably going to be a lot more entertaining than Belgium - Italy, who are just going to be too shitscared of losing to actually do sometihng.

They were very good at the end of the first half, but the way the British commentary proclaimed they "had it in the bag, just needed a goal" was waaaaay too positive. The Russian defense seemed mostly in control, most shots were pretty harmless or the offside traps were spot on by the Russians. You just saw the English players getting too tired to keep it up all match.

All in all, typical tournament England, tons of bravoure, not a lot actually going on.

well, that didn't go according to plan :lol:

Italy doing what Italy does best... To be fair, Belgium did give it a good go, but when Lukaku and De Bruyne don't turn up for the match, it's going to be hard
