Kiss Me Hardy
I wish Id seen George Michael in concert. No, I'm not joking
I saw him at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, MD. It was great, but lawn seats made it difficult to really appreciate the staging that goes into one of his shows.I hate that I never got to see Peter Gabriel.
He never played anywhere remotely close to where I was living.I saw him at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, MD. It was great, but lawn seats made it difficult to really appreciate the staging that goes into one of his shows.
I saw him in the early 2000s. I was underwhelmed. The arena was mostly empty. It had a "Puppet Show And..." feel. It just was not a good show. OTOH, I saw Steve Hackett last October. Fantastic show.I hate that I never got to see Peter Gabriel.
I saw Simon and Garfunkel in 1966 shortly after Sounds of Silence hit; they played in a high school auditorium as a duo. Paul Simon is a great guitar player.I had tickets to see Simon and Garfunkel at the Astrodome, but they cancelled because of a silly little hurricane and never came back. I'm still mad about that.
Yeah, I missed my opportunity too but I'd already been listening to them. They played a free gig up in Santa Fe, which is an hour away. It sounded like too much effort so I decided not to go.Frightened Rabbit
I argue that his replacement is a bigger talent. He plays, sings, writes just like Paul while doing a spot on impression of him 24/7 for 50 some odd years.Paul McCartney. Really tragic how he died so young.
