Weird little sports coupe I’ve never seen before.... not sure if it really is exotic, but it is certainly rare enough that a car guy like me has never seen it.

Image search tells me it is a smart roadster. They made like 40,000 of them back in the early 2000's. They are supposed to be terrible cars. Apparently the rarity is that this one is still operational.

Weird car number two...at least for Americans. A Renault Cactus. The side panel blisters are filled with air and are squishy.

French cars have all kinds of weird shit that makes no sense. Close as I can tell is that it is to prevent parking lot dings????
i guess that makes some sense.
i was going to say, squishy bags are not gonna help you in a side impact accident.

Dude was going like 58 MPH in a 70 zone.

yea, we have several geezers around here that own super cars and they've never been over 41 in them. i've been behind them several times. a Ferrari going 33 in a 50 zone is just stupid.

From what I understand about how French folks ding up parked cars I sorta understand.

Shame those RCZ's didn't catch on, but they waited waaaaaay too long to check in with their TT Challenger. No one buys TTs anymore, I don't even know if they still produce them.
