This is why I can’t deal with people who say both sides are at fault for destroying the dialogues between liberal and conservative America. How many liberals do you know who are armed and ready to revolt and think the other side are just outright mentally ill? What am I supposed to do, show up at this guy’s house with a case of Heineken so we can take turns reading Hillbilly Elegy aloud?

and it will run head long into the judicial branch who will squash the shit out of it. 14th amendment. period. that's exactly how all the "religious liberty" laws were shot down last year. the 9th circuit court of appeals is going to very busy this year.

The GOP knows that. They’re doing this to build support for the constitutional convention they want so badly.
