http://www.nydailynews.com/news/national/ny-news-ny-brick-mexico-20180709-story.html

"A 92-year-old man has been hospitalized following an alleged beating by a brick-wielding woman and several others in a brutal attack that occurred on July 4,
according to the Sacramento Bee.

Rodolfo Rodriguez was on his daily walk near his home in South Los Angeles when he accidentally bumped into a young girl while trying to pass her on the sidewalk. The child’s mother allegedly erupted by shoving him to the ground and smashing his head with a brick.

The horrific incident, which also included four men kicking and cursing the elderly man, was captured by a bystander who called the police.

Rodriguez suffered a broken cheekbone and two broken ribs, in addition to facial injuries. He remains hospitalized according to KABC."

all that's left for the U.S. now, is brown shirts and arm bands

Charge them all with a Federal hate crime, attempted murder, ADW etc and throw away the key.

Put them in GenPop at Pelican Bay and Karma will make daily visits.

I abhor violence, but the only way to keep a Brownshirt down is to bloody their nose.

Half?

If Trump supporters cared one whit about facts, well, they wouldn't be Trump supporters in the first place.

I'm going on the assumption that not everyone who saw that post is a Trump supporter. I saw it, I am not a Trump supporter, I'm guessing you aren't a Trump supporter and you saw it.

It's not business as usual. Our government is firmly in the hands of a Russian asset, and the folks who are enabling this need to be reminded what they are doing at every opportunity. Complacency is not an option when our very way of life is being threatened by a hostile foreign power and its puppets in DC.

I dunno....I don't see how harassment really does good for anyone. I get the immediate gratification that comes from it, but I don't see it as an effective means of making or changing policy. Maybe I'm just too idealistic.

Maybe monkeys will fly out of my butt.
Hahaha...it could happen.

Seriously though, it's just not a direction I like to see us headed...where elected officials are subject to public ridicule because you don't like their policies. That is indeed what the voting booth is for.

I'm starting to sound like @Gary Blanchard . I think I've been hanging out here too long, lol.

FWIW, I'd much rather politicians get protested because of their policy instead of for personal prejudices. And if that gets people to the booth, then great.

We did not start this:

Being booed/challenged by your colleagues is hardly the same thing as being harassed in public by strangers. So far these incidents have been nonviolent, but the first time that changes, I'm afraid things will get very ugly very quickly...on both sides. I just hope we don't get to that point. That's all I was trying to say.
