Here here! The level of scrutiny a woman player gets is incredible. If you do well, it's because you got a free ride because of your gender. If you don't, well, you're a girl. It's fucking terrible. Sorry *rant off*.

Not in her case. I’ve watched since she was in the Iron Maiden’s and she’s legit and wipes the floor with damn near anyone. She is a metal guitarist, a shredder, and she’s amazing.

I wish I could take some credit for her playing but she only took a month of lessons from me and studied with another guy at the studio for years. She was there at the same time as my buddy Tyler who played drums on my last album and Dan Jacobs of Atreyu. Yorba Linda ended up growing quite a crop of musicians in those years. Josh and Jason Freese are from just down the street, too. They were the previous generation, though.
