Could be real, I've been in enough design projects to see shit like this happen. Probably someone pointed it out at some point, it got fixed, and the wrong version was sent to print and distributed anyway. Usually the errors aren't this painful though.

Smart move. It's a miserable place. It is a very green city as viewed from above for just those reasons. The airport is kinda cool with all the planes hanging from the ceiling though.
