Yeah, eastern Newfoundland. They’re called sea stacks.

I think my favourite sunset spot in the world is sea stack in Vancouver, a stone’s throw from the rockwall trail.

They need to film some of the new Lord Of The Rings episodes up there for the new series. You will have to walk the dogs elsewhere on the days they shoot.

Y’know, I’ve lived in 6 different countries on three different continents, but I don’t think I’ve ever lived more than an hour’s drive away from the sea at most. Most of those spots have been within a mile or two of the coast. Oceans are good for me.

we have an ocean of dirt and cacti here...I don't have a guest house but you are welcome to come down and camp out in my backyard for however long you need to just so you can experience living away from the water :dryheat:
