Hey Euro's its that time again

I almost went for something Raptor, because it had Raptor in the name :love:

But I went with my first choice.



About 4 years ago, I was putting a bet on the national, I'd decided on my horse, everything was fine, but I couldn't get to the bookies until later in the day.

I then perused the runners more closely, and after looking at the form etc. went with another horse.


The fucker fell on the first fence and the horse I'd chosen in the first place won :facepalm::cry:

When I was a kid I had a run where I predicted the winner something like 3 times in 4 years. I just went on a 'feeling'.

The feeling I had this year was for Character Building, but I studied the form and changed to Ballyholland.


They'll both fall at the 1st :embarrassed:
 
Just back from a grocery store run. Bacon, cigarettes and beer (the bacon for tomorrow's egg in a basket experiment).

With this weather, there's no fucking way I'll be staying sober all night. :grin:
