Not really, I kinda expect that people won't like my taste. I'm a guy who likes The Cramps way more than The Beatles, and thinks Neil Diamond's 'Cracklin' Rosie' is better than the entire Iron Maiden discography.
It’s a real shame our taste tend to be so similar. You strike me as the type I could have a great time having a few too many and arguing about bands.

A lot of people struggle with separating taste from quality. So when a normal listener says something sucks, what he/she usually means is "I don't like it".
I will get annoyed sometimes when it comes from people who should know better.
There's a lot of music I don't like, but I'd like to think that most times I can acknowledge there's some sort of quality to it even though it's not my bag when it comes to musical taste.
The less I say about Bro Country the better. That is garbage with very little musical value.![]()
Art appreciation at a personal level is purely subjective. Everything else is ego, yours or someone else’s.
Not giving a flying fuck what other people think is hard to do but ultimately liberating.
