Have you ever had GAS for a doubleneck?

Back when I was a teenager I wanted a double neck bass/guitar because we used to jam and I could usually play the clean parts to the songs better than the other young guys though I played bass. Sometimes I would hang a guitar under my bass and play Fade to Black with my buddy and switch to bass during the heavy parts whole he sang and played the solos.

I still think it would be handy these days with a looper.
 
I know a guy with a dano double neck with a baritone and regular guitar. It's pretty cool. I've used it in the studio, but I can't imagine using it live. I'd just rather get a baritone guitar.
