Not the best. And their 90s music reeks of digital synths and samples. But Manson is a brilliant songwriter and Version 2.0 is lyrically brilliant with killer guitar books and sweet bass playing.

I'm not a fan of Garbage, but I like almost every other band here a lot. So yeah, I've got to wrongness for the whole premise of the thread.
