Yes BUT. Can't think of any song that makes me sadder. Just looked it up, Love Train came out in 72 so, I'd have been 10 years old. Every time I hear this song, I remember hearing it back then and thinking, yes, the world is really fucked up but, that will change. Every time I hear this song, I'm reminded it's gotten worse.
