Not sure if I missed the thread, but how are you nerds not talking about it? Cheesy in all the right ways.
 
I absolutely love it, but the second season finale was over a year ago, so maybe that's why people aren't still talking about it.

I'm happy to talk about it, though!
 
holy shit...that looks amazing! Totally right up my alley. I will be all over this today and report back. My most favorite things in all of Netflix land are Wet Hot American Summer and Stranger things. This looks to be an excellent addition!

It's fantastic. It's funny, moving, surprisingly nuanced, nostalgic, and just generally ass-kicking. Zabka and Macchio are terrific, and it's that rare follow-up that expands upon and deepens your appreciation of the original movies.

I also like the 30 minute (or thereabouts) episode runtime. It keeps each episode tight and makes the show even more bingeable.
 
Watched the first few on YouTube and really enjoyed it. I'll watch it now it's on netflix.
 
"Counselor Blatt" is a college friend so I felt obliged to watch a couple of episodes, but I'm happily surprised to find how much I'm actually enjoying it.

There were already physical differences in the teens from season 1 and 2, but we need Johny and Daniel fighting together. That would be the ultimate balance.
 
Wake me up when they bring back Terry Silver, the greatest movie villain of all time.
