Barn Storm 2016! 10/21-10/23

It's a 5:40 minute drive from Charleston, WV. I figure if I can actually leave work at 12:embarrassed:0 as I plan, then pick up Lino, then have one bathroom break and food stop, we should still be there around 7:embarrassed:0 Friday evening.

I'll have a small PA, mics, mic stands, cymbals, Eloy's cymbal stands, a small guitar rig, at least one electric and one acoustic/electric guitar, and I figure Lino and I will both be sleeping in tents in the yard.

Do I need to bring a bass and bass rig?

Oh, and not sure I mentioned this, but there's a lockable room upstairs in the barn (with drywall and all that so humidity and temp shouldn't be an issue), so you guys won't have to lug gear up and down the stairs each day.

My plan at this point is to hit the road first thing Friday, which should put me at the farm around noon-ish...I'm not sure yet if I'm leaving Sunday or staying over until Monday...there's a lady "friend" near Baltimore that may have some influence on that...

I will most likely be moving into my new place as soon as I get home...

Planning on bringing 2 or 3 guitars, the Jet City 20 head and 1 speaker cab, pedal board...

Everybody must be aware of Barnstorm rule #1...NO DRUMS FOR JELLO!... if anyone sees me heading towards the drum set it is your solemn duty to tackle me and hold me down until I come to my senses...

Let me know if I need to bring my Samick bass...it's full scale...

My stuff is accustomed to staying in the car overnight, regardless of the temp. It'll stay set up in the barn from Friday until Sunday.

Well if banjos are coming, maybe I'll restring my mandolin. I don't think it's been out of the gig bag in 4 years.

I think I might bring my Gretsch Bo Diddley actually. If anyone's interested in it and its weirdness. Or I can bring the rosewood Tele.
