Question: Attention builders: What do you think of this?

Yeah, that's pretty much what I'm expecting. I'm probably going to build it up, see how it sounds unplugged, and figure what pickups it should get. I have a set of EMGs just sitting around, but I'm primarily a passive guy, so don't be surprised if this ends up with something hot but passive in it. But that'll probably come later once money stabilizes.

Well, neither of my Teles fit your needs, then.
I kinda consider that last one to be natural.
I'm bad with lingo, and often use words for not what they actually mean.
if I can see the grain, I'll call it natural-ish
what I meant was a Tele shouldn't be bright blue or whatnot.
for me, that is.

There's a video on YouTube where somebody built the lefty version of it. He said something about wanting to change the pickups but it still actually sounded pretty decent.
Yeah, I'd probably put a Floyd Rose Special on it. They're pretty good trems. I've got one on my MeanStreet Exile.
Yeah, looks like a standard side-mount jack.
Yeah, it hits the major points, but misses the finer things. They obviously didn't scallop the last four frets, either.
Probably easier to fake it on this one. I think I've seen kits from other places that do have the bear claw, though.
I'm starting to think that @Mark Wein needs to add a builder forum. LOLSome of them have paddle necks. They are also rear route. I can fake it on this one. A friend has a router.
